1. Live Chat link doesn't work. Have to click on Account Information and click on 24/7 support link.

2. Wanted to added a domain blacklist but unable to as the window keep asking to enter a valid email address.

3. Told the helpdesk Helen L about it. She says able to but able some checks she told me that the domain carrierzone.com was infact belong to them and its their SOA. So she ask for the email header. Told her that unable to as user just forward me the email. Request for email address as I will email the header once user email me, she gave [email protected] but when asked for case no# she say unable to as its SOP to have the email header 1st!

4. Asked Helen L about how to add domain blacklist instead she ask me for the email account I wanted to add. Told her I wants to add domain to blacklist. I told her I'm unable to add the domain and I've tested using my another domain. She ended up adding my 2nd domain into the blacklist. Told to remove it and she can't solve my issue I just close the chat window.

5. Their helpdesk not professional enough to handle user's issue and don't have indepth experience.
