Key personnel and the tulsa bus plant should be ashamed! The tulsa bus plant is a modern day sweat shop, they cant keep anyone out there. So it was surprising to me when I heard about a friend. He was a very good worker, going to the bus plant for Key for the last 4 months, never late and only missed 1 day in that time due to his mothers stroke. He was repeatedly hurt, burnt and talked to like a dog, but he took it with stirde, never complaining. He was hurt again, still reported to work but was sent to the ER before he could continue working. The ER admitted him and didnt release him until 3 days later.
He called Key and the bus plant to keep them posted on his condition. He also said he wasnt gonna file any kind of workers comp, because he just wanted to get back to work, his family depends on his paycheck. Key said that was fine just come in bring the doctors papers and sign a few papers, that he could go back to work in the morning. Next morning came, he was at work on time as usual, ony to be fired on the spot, he was told for "not being there those 3 days".
Thats pathetic Key is so shady and they tried to say the bus plant let him go, but weve talked to them and they didnt know anything about it. Key Personnel I make it a point to spread the "bad name" for Key, if we keep just 1 person from using your employment service, then we made a difference... Liz and mike durant from key personnel are crooked and they have no morales!!!
