Ripoff they cashed my check and gave me nothing in return check amount $168.89 Dallas Texas

I received a certificate, of award a credit vulture. And a price list of items with pictures and amounts and I selected the camcorder digital and software package, they gave me an award number 014575 94552 and signed by J. Johnston awards director, & — my check was dated March 13th today he is April 19th I got to check back cashed by citizens state bank in Waverly MN. It was a layaway plan I've sent in $10 when they sent me the first installment plan I've paid off with the check in question for $158.89, I even had an account number, account number was 22515053.
