Ripoff sweepstake fraud, feel like a fool

I received a certificate of award from the sweepstakes clearinghouse.

It had a option of 6 items to choose from in which I ordered the the digital camcorder package.

The reference retail price was listed as $549.95. I sent a check in the amount of $149.95, which was in the details as a consolation winner.

This is my first rip-off an I feel like such a fool.

I have 2 small grand children and 1 more on the way. This was to be a happy time. Taking pictures of them that I could cherish.
