Avesparrows Tattoosparrows Tattoo i recieved a bad tattoo and did not recieve a refund ripoff

I recieved a tattoo from sparrows and the name of the "tattoo artist" was Rob and he did a horrible job and mad it worse by trying to fix it i would like a full refund for this accident.
