My check has been cashed but no merchandise received

I Received a notice that said you've been issued two $210.00 Credit Vouchers in the $10,000, 000.00 Sweepstakes Clearinghouse Giveaway. It stated that the vouchers may be applied toward name brand products featured in their brochures.

It stated that the remaing balance could be paid for by personal check or money order. I sent them $89.95 for the remaing balance on a leather jacket.

The claime no. Is 10537893272.
This has been over a month ago, but I still have not received any typer of response from them. Although they have cashed my check.
