Tracfone ripoff jc penney.com phony rebate scam

I bought a tracfone from JC Penney.com in August. The site offered me a $30 cash rebate or a $49.95 cell time card rebate. I chose the $30 cash and sent in ALL required information. I then waited the required 15 weeks. No word from the company so I called them. I got the run around but no answers on why they won't send the rebate. DONT BUY A TRACFONE they will rip you off too!
