I looked within the Pier 1 in Victoria today for some products including handmade containers as stocking stuffers for my grandchildren. These were 25% down for this week but on departing the shop I realized that I'dnot been provided the discount. You can not begin to see the products being bought using the PC display therefore did not observe at that time. I returned directly into subsequently join a-line-up around 5 persons. 2 everyone was about the tills but equally had insumountable issues it appeared. I waited between l5-20 mins to ultimately get right up towards the till. I described what had occurred, the lady instead glowered at me then went and examined the costs simply to discover that I had been appropriate. She subsequently proceeded to alter the bill using the aid of the really irritated shop manager (I believe she was the supervisor). Lastly I acquired my reimbursement and also the paper-work was passed back again to me with no word-of apology whatsoever. I could know how the error was created however it might have been managed properly having a "oh my goodness, I am so sorry" rather than the grouchy attitude I experienced. I will not be returning there again.
