May 28th we reserved a Skiing vessel and Ponton vessel from 4pm to 8pm (4 hours) to get a whole of $579.15 ($75/time for Skiing Vessel and $60/time for Ponton Vessel plus duty of $39.15). At that time once they cost my charge card, they didn't advise me the Skiing vessel is damaged and also the Ponton vessel hasn't return however till we achieved the pier. After discussed using the supervisor, Mike Nitz, he decided to alter our start-time from 4pm towards the period whenever we enter water and alter our reservation to 2 Waverunners (Jet-Ski) plus one Ponton without any extra costs. Obviously, he decided to credit back our waiting-time. Waited till 5:40pm, after some instruction about the pier, we eventually experienced our ships and began our "fun" journey.
About 30 mins ~ 1hr later, we didn't restart the Ponton vessel plus one of the Jet-Ski in the same amount of time in the middle of Lake Travis. Then we named Aquaholics for aid, nonetheless they couldn't advise us to restart both ships both. About 30 mins next, Authorities arrived and saved us. This isn't a consumer-friendly organization whatsoever. They promoted as "We've The Very Best Boat Rental Prices, Latest Gear and Best Support in Austin!", however they aren't! Their watercrafts are aged, atleast those hired to us. They declined to consider their particular duties.
