This day spa I recommend to nobody. I received a gift certificate for Christmas from my fiance from here. It had a maternity massage, full highlights, color, cut, and manicure. I used my maternity massage the 3rd week in January, one week before my son was born.
I called yesterday to make another appointment and let them know that I lost my gift certificate. They told me that they don't reimburse you for the lost certificate. I told them i had been there for only the massage and when it was. And my fiance has the receipt of the purchase.
They told me they couldn't do anything about it. I tried to tell the girl that she could go back and look in thier date book and see my appointment for the massage and see nothing else is in their books with my name. No they couldn't be bothered by it. So needless to say they have over $200 of our money and they just don't care.
It's money they gained and money a customer lost. That is stealing money. And they know it. But hey they made out on on the deal. But in the long run when i tell my family and friends that they are not a recommendable place, they lost more than $200. Alot more.
