Had scheduled an appointment with Mark Kennan to use gift certificates, in the mean time he moved his massage business and did not contact me. After locating him, his phone rings during the massage. My next appointment was met with damp sheets, as he did not have time to get them dried. I then after 3 strikes and relocating out of Charleston to Mount Pleasant asked Mark to refund the remaining of my gift certificates. He agreed, this being over 6 months ago. Upon reminders to him he always has an excuse. I would not recommend Tailored Massage for services due to unprofessionalism, very disorganized, and you never know where he will be moving to next.
