My husband bought a gift package for my birthday October with a variety of services: manicure, pedicure, face massage, and 1 hour massage. The owner never issued us a gift certificate. I had been trying to schedule these services on numerous occasions, but the owner would say that she had certain clients coming in and couldn't do it.
Finally the appointment was set for December 22 and she called me to let me know. I told her that it was not a good time being so close to Xmas, she stated this was the only time she could get me in. I was not pleased, but I went along with it hoping that I could make it. Unfortunately, I called her early that morning to tell her that it would be impossible for me to make it and asked her to reschedule me.
She then told me that if I did not make it that the gift packet would be forfeited. SHE KEPT THE MONEY AND SERVICES WERE NEVER RENDERED!!! I could not believe that she could just take the money and not render services. This made me very angry!!! We are still waiting for some type of moral, good customer service or a refund!!!
