Stop!!! Do-not contract re biz with lorrie barth. Lorrie has 4 records of complaints against her RE LIC. From the git-go she refused to ever meet with us in person. (weirdo), and resisted all requests to do walk-throughs as required by our lease contract, insisting that no-need, everything was OK. However everything was not OK. Upon moving out of our home at the end of our lease Lorrie failed to return our deposit of $2000 within the 30 day window, thus doubling it to $4000 as by law.in an effort to save her ass, she falsified the check and the letter of accounting. We gave her one year to come clean and pay us the $2000. We're now in civil court for $5000!!! Lorrie barth should be striped of her re lic and sent to truck driving school!!!
