Diane Lassiter Keenan. Nashville catering company had booked George 70th birthday and Lorrie wedding to Sammy in September. Goerge cancelled his big bash out of respect of the 9/11 incident. He cancelled and asked for a refund, but was denied by Ms. Keenan. He then asked that the food purchased be donated in his name to feed the needy.
Ms. Keenan agreed, but instead she then sold it to Lorrie for her wedding a few days later, to Sammy.
Sammy then requested a 20% service fee, but did not distribute this fee. It went into her own pocket.
After the wedding she asked the employees to take the liquor home with them so that she would not get caught with it at her business location as she does not have a liquor license.
Several employees that have worked for her reported that they did not recieve any gratuity from any event she catered, and that when you request payment for the hours worked, she denied knowing anything about it and even went so far as saying that she did not even know these persons.
