First Ron Silva calls me and I signed with him to get the grant writing going... Back in Sept. 2010. I paid $2500 for a grant proposal, which I got.
Then they called and needed $6115 more. Now I have a bill that is close to $10,000 left to pay on a credit card that I am paying 24% interest on. I have been waiting for over a year for my money and now come find out they are out of business. No website, and no phone to contact them. I called them every month, and they were stalling on the money. Now, today, 10/3 I go to check the status and their phone is disconnected...
How can I go about being part of a class-action suit? Please send me information.
