I sent charles grant an email requesting information on his grant writing services. He called me and we discussed the process. He informed me that it should take 120 days. He asked me for $250 and i informed him that i was a single parent and couldnt afford it. He then asked for $50 and said i can pay the rest in 10 days. He sent me over a contract once i paid the $50, but he typed his name in script instead of a wet signature. This should have been a red flag, however it didnt register. Needless to say, his numbers have now been disconnected and i am unable to reach him. I requested a refund in writing, however there was no response. I have done a background check on him and im now about to start calling family members and associates. This must stop... My next step is to fly to arkansas and knock on his front door with the local police department. I know it was only $250, but i dont have money to give away.
