I expect all of your items to ship by the middle of next week. I apologize for the delay but orders have been a liitle slow due to the year change over, this occurs in March. I will make sure that your order is sent as soon as possible and you will receive an email with the tracking number. "I was so excited to find the "pointelle under-wire babydoll, trimmed in ruffled cotton eyelet lace and rosebuds", as I owned one several years ago! Unfortunitly someone was being helpful with laundry and ruined it and I was of course upset, never imagining that I would own another one!

I was totally jazzed when I found it on your site and to top it off lots of other lingere styles that are perfect! I ordered 3 items and cannot wait to see them and am just too thrilled beyond words that I will finally have the eyelet lace babydoll again to add back to my lingere collection! Thank you so much!!!

I am waiting for my products to arrive and cannot wait to visit again and order a few more treats to make me feel like a lady, or should I say a woman!

I have sent several emails and left another voicemail to find out what happened with my order. I am in the process of getting ready to request a refund to my card, and find another place to purchase my lingere from. Obiously I do not want to do that and that is why I have given Delicate Desires the benifit of the doubt that my merchandise is being shipped now via express (and not at my expense for the fact it is not my fault the shipment has not been sent out), due to the lag time and delinquincy of my order. I was sent an email on 4/11/01, explaining the mid quarter inventory thing that was going on and the cause of delay in my merchandise being shipped. This was a suprise engagement gift for my fiancee and i was going to order and have him order from your site again.in otherwards, my gift is arriving late for what it was to have celebrated... I am giving you the benifit of the doubt, this is all a misunderstanding and the opportunity to make this up, so that in the future, for my wedding night in Sept. I can order something special. Not to mention I am on a diet and will want to order some new very, very sexy stuff to keep him hot and interested. SO PLEASE, please please, just send my lingere, I am interested in having it, not a refund or I wouldn't have waited this long or chose your site. Dog gone it, I want to see the white lace rose baby doll that I once owned and loved... Now, please understand and feel where I am coming from and please let me know my stuff is on the way, going out monday, it is being fed exed over night, what ever, but tell me when it will be here... Trust me I have done customer service for years and I get the fact that things happen or get over looked. So because of this I am willing to just say. Maybe that is what happened... And just understand... But if I have to keep writting, then I am going to believe I am deliberatly being ignored or put off, and that is just not good customer service... So this is just and accident right, and you are going to make it right, right... Especially when someone tries hard to understand? Please please send me my lingere...

Please note, these are the several attempts to report this and I also reported this to the Better Business Bureu and they also were unable to get any reaponse. I still have no lingere and no refund.
