I replied to the advertisement for LOSS PREVENTION OF NEW YORK (LPNY) for the employment opportunity at $15.00 per hour and filled out the employment application. I agreed to charge me $149.00 on the credit card and $10.00 cash for the program. I attended the course and qualified for the job.

I passed the test conducted by LPNY. The LPNY refused to help me with the employment after i passed the test. The payment was made through amercan express credit card. The complaint to the charge card company were not answered satisfactorily.
