I have to understand how to contact somebody worth focusing on that will help me resolve an issue I recently experienced in the WalMart in Irving Texas. I quit the shop after creating a purchase and recognized that I'd fallen my budget in the table. I went to Customer Support where I had been happily passed my budget back, less $600.00 money. I met using the store-manager, Kevin Vilcoff and his helper Charmaine plus they stated they'd evaluate the protection videos and contact me inside an hour and really should have the ability to determine what happened. He never named so when I returned he explained that I quit the checkout with my budget and so I should still contain it. I questioned how it returned to customer support within 45 seconds of my departing the shop plus they stated the might consider the videos even more. About one hour later they surfaced and mentioned that I slipped my budget while strolling toward the exit doorway plus one of his workers acquired my budget and offered it to a different worker which I'd have to document a police statement, that we did. Many weeks later the investigator explained the individual revealed and was imprisoned and ended from WalMart. I contact Kevin and he essentially stated too harmful to me. I had been robbed in a walmart with a walmart worker and that i am basically told to wander off. This man won't return our calls and that i need somebody greater in the company to speak with. At this time I'm merely attempting to recover my $600 but honestly this really is creating me large numbers of anxiety and stress and that I am afraid of buying in a WalMart again.
