I requested two-pair of shoes out of this organization one for me personally, plus one for my spouse. 24 hours later, they delivered a contact stating the set for my spouse was unavailable and could be backordered before end of July. Not attempting to delay that lengthy, I sent them requesting to stop that area of the purchase. Two nights later, I noticed nothing from their store, so-called and terminated my partneris set. After 5 timesapproximately, I named again since I have hadnot obtained a tracking number however. The person I talked with reported he might have one in a couple of days. I expected him to subsequently stop the whole purchase. Anything simply did not appear to me. He mentioned that it had been too late to stop the purchase, he might deliver me a following range, when he obtained one in the factory. He also mentioned that my products had previously delivered. After I obtained my following #3 nights later, it confirmed they hadn't delivered whenever we spoke, and that I believe I ought to have now been permitted to stop in those days. After getting my shoes, (12 times after purchasing them) I determined they weren't what I needed. I named and talked to some lady and requested about their return policy. She delivered me to some site on the site that's you print-out an application to become recorded towards the container using their handle onto it. I received my reimbursement in regards to a week later, with $7 significantly less than I settled. Because it wasnot the right quantity, I called the organization. I expected them why I had been shorted $7. She mentioned that it had been a "restocking charge" of course if you appear on the site you'll find where it claims that. I mentioned used to donot seek the web site for that info, I named and really talked to some person. That individual never stated it. I expected her because which was the situation, might she return the $7. She stated the $7 is their plan, and wouldn't actually consider refunding it.

Appears To me this can be a company go out of the back-room in somebodyis house. They're bad at-all with customer support. They made me feel just like I had been doing something amiss by calling them-and asking questions. Personally I think that they're misleading by not mentioning "restocking costs" when somebody calls to inquire about returning a product.
