Dead flowers!

I recently requested some blossoms like a present in the united kingdom (we reside in Australia). I applied a British support because it is a lot cheaper than Interflora or other global businesses.

I talked to my loved ones a couple of days later plus they had discovered a card stating that the package was awaiting them in the postoffice. It was today Seated morning so that they did not have time for you to proceed and believed there could be not a problem waiting until Friday. These were obviously really annoyed to locate a container of useless blossoms awaiting them.

The conditions and terms on the site suggest that they'd attempt to abandon having a neighbor first (that they didnot do) and declining they might attempt to re-provide afterwards (that they didnot do) and abandon a card having a telephone number to get hold of (that they didnot do).

I wrote for them and requested to get a reimbursement or perhaps a re delivery. They suggest that they attempted to provide them-and might just provide towards the receiver (that will be not what it stated about the T&Cs) of course if they're not there they'll be sent to the postoffice.

They're totally ignoring my emails today. I've only today threatened appropriate motion because they are in violation of agreement.

What must I do now, it's so difficult being thus far-away plus they are simply overlooking my emails now! So-so upset!!
