Before I had AT&T digital phone and had no major problems to speak of. But since Comcast has taken over it has been one problem after another.

It is very rare when I get a phone bill through the mail. Before with AT&T I could see the bill on line and I would get the bill thru the mail! But with Comcast there is a web site for there probucts (cable, cells, internet, and phone). You can view your bills and information on all the products except the phone.

I have called numerious times requesting the bill to be mailed, faxed, e-mail or if I could pick it up. They said that the bill was mailed but I did not get it? They said it is my obligation to pay the bill and I have to. I have no problem with paying the bill but I would like to see it!

I did not receive a bill so I mailed in a payment for what I thought the bill for 2 months! They shut of the phones because I was $20 short. I called and ask what the problem was and they said because I was short $20. I asked what the the extra charges were for and they said that it was for long distance.

The long distance charges for a few phone calls that were about 2 blocks away. They reversed the long distance charges and all was finished or so I thought. When I did not get another bill I called and reqested a copy of the bill and that I wanted to pay the bill. I was told that the charges were $160! My phone bill was $70 per month for 3 phones and there was a $90 charge
for reconnection! I was disputing the charge with the person and I asked to speck to a boss but none was available. I paid the $70 charge and asked to have a boss call me, and I was told OK.

About 4 days later the phone was disconnected again. I called again and was told that the phone was shut off because I did not pay the $90 reconnection fee. I told them that they disconnected the phone because there was an error on the bill due to bogas long distance charges. They said that they can not reverse the charges and now I am stuck with another bill for $90 reconnection charges.

When AT&T had the phones they were better and they were able to work with you if there was a problem but comcast will not! If yoou have a choice between phone companies do not go with Comcast!!
