Digital Phone And Digital Cable ripoff overcharging incompetent customer service lies

AT&T merged with Comcast sometime early this year. I have never received a correct bill from Comcast. Charges were placed on my phone bill from long distance calls that I didn't make. I specifically stated upon getting the service that I wanted no long distance. I called CS several times to have them correctly credit my account. And they finally did, but only about $5 out of $35.

I still have $16 of extra charges I'm trying to get rid of. I've cancelled my extra services (call waiting/caller ID), but I'm still being billed for them.

CS is always telling me they will handle the problems.

Then I got cable in July through Comcast. Like others, I had zeros through all the installation, etc fees. I thought it was a great deal. I kept telling the salesman that I couldn't get cable AT ALL if I was charged or the equipment and installation. I had him repeat it several times and I kept my receipts. I've had my issues with Comcast in the past and I've heard of some mischarges from others.

I received the bill, being charged for install/equip. I called. The said it would be taken care of. It wasn't. I called again. Same results. It's been ongoing.

I cancelled my cable and received a bill since with an extra month from the time I cancelled. I called. It's not taken care of.

I understand a problem here and there, but it can't be just a fluke or a glitch. It's constant. I would like to hear of others and I would like Comcast to fully be aware. It doesn't seem to bother them when I call.

I have extensive customer service experience. I know this is a horrible way to retain satisfied or ANY customers. It seems like all of the people I've spoken to are looking at me with their hands up in the air saying "It's not me, it's the computer."

I mean it when I say that I have NEVER received a correct bill from Comcast.

They need some serious customer feedback. And by serious, I mean. It should affect them in some way other than swimming in incompetence and ignorantly 'dealing' with customer issues at their little desks.
