We'd bought and had mounted an air conditioner from Sears in 2005 it's divided every year at least one time or even many times each year. We also bought a Sears guarantee (how silly which was).

This last moment requires the dessert. On August 3rd yeap you thought it the Ac smashed down again dripping water throughout my completely new wood surfaces (not bought by Sears thank heavens) this really is concerning the 2nd or 3rd period simply this month. Our visit was between 8am-Midday they named before 8am to inform me they'd be-at the home before 8am which was ideal and so I waited until 10am but no support specialist and so I named to ensure they were still arriving. I told them I'd obtained a phone by them they could be below before 8am they created some laim excuse they were operating behind from there last visit truly at 8am. Then I'd to contact again at midday simply because they were nevertheless not below yes they established they'd be-at my home by 1pm. Okay today I've needed to consider the entire day off waiting about the specialist. Okay so today it's after 2pm yeap no specialist however I named again after 3pm I had been informed we were the following end. We ultimately obtained a phone at 4:30 in the specialist he was on his method to the home he turns up at 4:55 that morning TRULY! Therefore he fixes the air conditioner and informs us that people require a fresh flood valve or some garbage they requested the brand new change named me to inform me the component was in and had a need to create another visit in order for them to deploy the brand new device. I told the one who named they'd have to do it on Friday 9/16 between 1-5 she said okay and put up the visit. I obtained a turn to Friday 9/12 they could be at my home nowadays between 1-5 I'd to contact them-and let them know which was not after I put up the visit and so I needed them reschedule it again for 9/16 between 1-5. Therefore the specialist occurs Friday to displace the device which my partner stated he was having issues and today you thought it the ac isn't working again 9/17. I required support and talked to Chris he explained they might emerge on Friday 9/19 between 8-midday or 1-5 I told him that I really could not consider anymore time-off which we had a need to have a precise period once they could be out to my home he explained which was difficult I requested to keep in touch with his supervisor and Chris hung-up on me excellent Customer Support - NOT! WHOA I will let you know I'll never move base in a SEARS/KMART again I still need to cope with Sears since my guarantee is through 2014 however, you better think when that's up I'm therefore completed with SEARS/KMART I'll not purchase one more thing from their store in my own lifetime.
