My partner and that I bought a stove-top from Sears in- May for the new house and also the installment was suppose to become free. The specialist/company stated he couldn't do the installation despite the fact that it was suppose to be always a new equipment and among the components was damaged and found deploy this appliance. We named to obtain another visit to truly have the specialist/company emerge and do the installation and bought the component. The specialist never turned up and each time we named to ask the client support division couldn't provide the best cause to us. One explanation provided, was perhaps the "company wasn't being compensated". I had been unhappy since that needs to be anything solved between the company and also Sears and never me. We called to set up this equipment after awaiting over per week. I approached Sears requesting some form of money-back for spending for the own installation and that I was provided a $25.00 gift-card that we obtained along with a statement was suppose to be submitted to obtain money-back from us spending for that installation. We've yet to listen to in the installation from Sears about any kind of money reimbursement. I'm truly amazed at Sears!!! I've usually thought this shop was among the equipment facilities that were greater. I suppose which was incorrect!!!
