I purchased my HTC Evo back in March along with the BLACK TIE INSURANCE program. I have been paying it the past six months and finally I need a new phone, I go into the store and they tell me my insurance plan has been linked to another man in San Antonio, TX who has been using my insurance that I have been paying for. They tell me they dont know how or why it happened and just kept giving me the run around. I have spoken to corperate, general managers, district managers and still to this day NO ONE has been able to help me. I have been to four different BEst Buys SEVEN different times. Corporate tells me they dont handle complaints or reimbursments. Everyone is just giving me the run around and I am done and looking here for some help! Pleaseeeee
