Hi what ever you do, don't us rrfusa to do a loan modification for your mortgage because all they will do is take your money and leave you empty handed, they took my money and told me that they would help me with all the paper work for a loan modification and make my payment smaller well all they did was make me come up with $6500 to save my house so if you look at it they owe me $6500 plus $1695 the money I paid them to help out and that was money I didn't have. So if their is anyone that can help me get my money back please let me know.
