Rip off poor service, Quality terrible workmanship stinks

Fiance bought my engagement on 12-11-03 gave it to me on 12-19. Well I was shopping with my mom and we just decided to figure out what mm wedding band looked good with my ring and mom says omg your diamond is not secure. This was on 3-30 or so anyways he had purchased the extended service plan.

I went in and had them send it out to be fixed. They were suppose to fix the prong, size it to a 6 and make the shank thicker since it was about to break also. So they sent it out called me on 4-1 to go pick it up. I went there they had not fixed the prong, totally messed up the shank and also the band no longer said 14k in it.

Ok I was mad went and had ring appraised sold for 799.99 worth 300.00 1/2 carat. Ok then they decided they would get some others in for me to look at and they did they were poorer quality then the one i had. Terrible people to work with and their service place does not know how to take care of jewelry.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING FROM ZALES THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU. This was suppose to be a happy time in our life and it ended up being terrible.
