CAUTION: Do Not actually purchase jewelry from zales. Last dec I obtained a jewelry collection from my men mom. It had been a lab-created pearl and stone accent band and ring. The explanation mentioned that it had been 10K white gold. While I got the band it didn't match, but luckily she delivered the reciept with me since she'd a sense it'dnot fit simply because they just arrived in dimensions 7 and that Iam a five. She bought the band in tri-cities and that I stay a couple of hours away therefore armed with my bill and anything however packed I visited an area Zales these were really rude and explained on no account do they are doing trades. Therefore my men mom was type of enough to go back again to the Zales she bought it from and first got it re sized. It took nearly a few months to resize. I subsequently got it back sometime around feb and that I barely put it on. I just put it on on specific events and that I consider exemplary treatment of my jewelry. I've had the band about 5 weeks and its own chipping!!! All of the gleaming gold material is ripping off it and beneath it simply seems terrible, unattractive and INEXPENSIVE. 10k white gold my ass. I would recommend likely to another jewelry-store to create a purchase, particularly if you're purchasing a reward for someone.
