I purchased a recliner chair dec 10th. On march 16 i called for service the three month chair was not reclining. I was told the first service i could get was apr 8. I was willing to wait, even thought the chair is not usable. I received a call telling me the service would be at my house between 4pm and 8pm. Who makes service calls at 8pm. When i called customer service to complain that i had been waiting 3 weeks i was told take it or wait till may. I spoke to the supervisor martha, and when i reminded her that she worked in customer service. She told me that i had the right as a comsumer to never buy at levitz again. Levitz leaves a lot to be desired i have called the store where the chair was purchased and so far the manager hasn't returned my call.
