The paint on my bedroom armoire that I purchased in June, is literally, rolling back and peeling away from the wood. The first service technician they sent out, saw it and said, "Oh, that needs replaced" In the mail I received the top piece of the armoire where the damage is occuring. The next service tech that came out said, "Oh, this piece isn't replaceable." And he tried to putty and retouch the spots, which made the area look worse!
Then, an email from Levitz stated that I hadn't given the service tech the piece to put on when he came out, so ANOTHER tech would have to come out and evaluate this. WHAT LIARS! They don't want to replace the furniture, by the time the have paid for these inept service techs to keep coming out, i could have had 2 of these!
