On July 24,2005 we ordered several pieces of furniture from Levitz including a China Hutch.
Two weeks later, we recieved the hutch with some damage. We immediately called Levitz, told them the situation. They then specified that we would get a replacement piece three weeks later.
After waiting three weeks, we recieved the first of three replacement pieces... ALL OF WHICH WERE DAMAGED!
I then spoke to the manager of the store we ordered the piece from who then told me that they would not get us a new piece until after the holiday.
January 12th, 2006 I called that same store and found out that the manager had been let go and had to go through the whole scenario with the NEW manager-ADUKU. He then informed me that our order had been closed out of the system and that we would have to call customer service in New York to set up to have someone come out and look at the piece of furniture so we could start ALL OVER AGAIN!
I have waited over 15 HOURS for the last three people to replace this piece of furniture. I have a family and a Job. I can't wait any more! I then asked them if I could return the piece that was damaged and they said "NO".
DON'T EVER BUY FROM LEVITZ! They are HUGE rip-off artists and don't back their written guarantees.
