Rhett doolittle fraudulently portrayed saving in written form Internet

Purchased credit card service. Seller printed a report showing savings of $2000.00 annually over service to be replaced. First months billing was nearly twice percentage wise the previous service was charging. I call my representative and he stated he would look into it. After two more calls I have never heard from him.
