T-Mobile has begun blocking calls customer service calls apparently at random. When I call in from my cell phone it dumps me into a long recording of detailed account information that I do not need and am unable to bypass. When I call in from a land line T-Mobile's voice response computer "can't understand" what I say, no matter what I ask for and then hangs up.
When I do finally reach a customer service rep, which take 4 or 5 calls, they claim that there are no problems with their system. This is truly a horrible company to deal with.
