Terrible Customer service

T-Mobile has the worst customer srvc I have ever dealt with. I have had a 6wk ongoing problem w / my phone and spoke to 7 of their reps. All I get it try this, try that. My phone randomly turns off the ability to make/rcv calls & txt. I have no idea it's even happened unless someone contacts me via computer or home phone. I've explained many times I need a working phone for my business and my son who's in Afghanistan. I've missed many calls from him that are difficult to make in the 1st place and then get to see a Facebook msg "Mom where are you, why aren't you answrng?" The last straw is that he can home for a 14 day leave yesterday and after 3 days & 5 planes. I was not even able to be at the airport to welcome him off the plane. Why? Because my phone had turned off & he was unable to reach me so he sat at the airport for 2 hours waiting. I was so upset & when I called screaming I was told they understand how I feel. REALLY!!! He goes back in 14days and I will probably be looking for another provider. He is cancelling w / T-Mobile as I write this because while he was deployed for 6 mo they didn't suspend his service and now refuse to adjust the billing. T-Mobile is a disgrace.
