I've been with verizon since cell phones came out. Every 2 yrs I get a phone upgrade and never had any problem. I got a droid 2 global which I LOVED until it started rebooting every hour or 2! Since I got it online, I have to deal with it online, but there is no email to contact anyone. We've removed apps and tried everything. I need a new phone! Would be nice to be able to get some assistance or at least talk to somebody without waiting an hour!
