I was charged for something I did not order. I discovered that $39.75 had been deducted from bank on Sept. 11. I immediately called the customer service number to request a refund. I was told that I would get a refund within 10 days. It never happened. I have called several times and each time was told I would get a refund. It never came. The last time I call was the 1st of January. I requested the refund be issued by check because my bankcard had been canceled. I was told that I would receive a check by the end of January. Again it never came. I tried calling the week, Feb. 3 only to find out that "due to network difficulties that my call could not be completed". I then went on the internet site for Metro Tea Direct and Seattle Coffee and discovered the message referring to refunds. I just want to be refunded the $39.75.
