I have ordered several times from Totsy. While their products are cute and priced fairly, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an order, indicating shipment to my home. Only after the order was completed was I told the shipping date was in 28 days. A problem since I was leaving on a trip in 23 days. I tried emailing 3 times to change the shipping address and never heard back from them. No phone contact to be found. Luckily, the order arrived the day before departure. I have no problem with an extended ship date... Just don't tell me about it after I've placed an order. When I take the time to communicate a concern to you, please be courteous enough to respond.
I also find the email titles to be misleading. I have searched thru every company on an individual email to find "up to 82% off" items... No luck. There are also times when I've been interested in an item and click on it immediately upon arrival, only to find that over half the items are "sold out". So haven't ordered again and probably won't. Too bad for me and too bad for your company.
