Oan Services - affinity Marketing Partners - quest ripoff charged for service not ordered "privasafe email" called and they said had to pay but they would take name off and it would take 7 to 10 days we'll see

Opened my phone bill and seen a bill from Affinity Marketing Partner, llc for 13.93 never heard of them. I called they said i joined on line, never done any such thing they said i had to pay but they would take me off the service but it would take 7 to 10 days. I don't intend to pay for something i NEVER ordered
