OAN Affinity Marketing Partner, LLC Ripoff! Theft!

Affinity Marketing Partner, LLC through Bell south placed a charge of $16.67 on my telephone bill for PrivaSafe Email Service which I don't have and don't need. Bell South should be responsible for this rip-off. Any help or suggestions for recovery of my $16.67 will be greatly appreciated.
