Opened my SBC phone bill I noticed I was charged for a fee of $14.95 for a "Oan Affinity Marketing Privasafe Email".

I have never heard of this email or never signed up for this email. I have called SBC (especially since I have SBC EMAIL) and they said it sounded like a fraud/scam over which they are powerless. When I try to call the company it's self it is never open and you go around and around (on both numbers) in email and their system.

I tried calling this company for 3 days, one day I even had SBC on the line with me, and all one gets is automated systems.

SBC told me this is a FRAUD. They told removed it from my bill and told me to call the Attorney General of my state to report it.

They also warned that this could be a recurring billing and to CHECK my bill carefully each month.
