I have recently left Starbucks Coffee Company after working there almost 10yrs. I have been trying other coffee shops because I refuse to go back to Starbucks because of the way thet treat their people. Thats another story:) My comment is based solely on customer service. People dont neccesary want to go to Starbucks but a lot of time it is just convient. The opportunity you guys have is increasing the quality of your staffs customer service skills. A smile goes a long way with me. I have recieved one in about seven visits to various locations. I see your company got rid of tipping and as a customer I think that is a mistake. You guys are could be so much more than a fastfood / coffee stop..infuse some geniune care& passion and determination to make things right and Dunkin Donut Stock will sky rocket.
