I know I am not the only one. I have tried to make excuses for what has been the growing trend. Everyone should run from dunkin. There I have said it. From those who do not understand what customer service is and never will, the discrimination of a woman customers, the rudeness, the nastiness; total abuse to the point you think they will call the police over you being upset that you paid for something and THEY GOT THE ORDETR WRONG SO THEY MAKE A SCENE! You know the cop will do nothing. And you feel helpless. All you wanted was a cup of coffee. But they berate you, or try to sell you something you dod not want, screw up your order, and make you wait, while yelling and telling you to stand to the side of the driveup. As the horns blow and the inline rage mounts, as hot as the cheap fake coffee that they substitute for D & D or burned coffee that has not been disposed of when the time to change the coffee alarm goes off (its put on terminal snooze) you feel helpless. All you wanted was a cup of coffee. Does corporate care? Probably not as long as you have the money to buy a franchise. No receipts are given as I have been told that no one wants them... (there is supposed to be a survey for a free donut on customer service). So who is saying that? The location not wanting to be chastised? Or are they trying to save on free donuts. Either way I would rather buy it in a regular store or pay extra to go to Starbucks for the TLC. I wish we could all give up D & D and boycott them. I have tried so many locations, there are no good ones left.
