On Jan. 2 I requested a wall sconce from Natural Lifestyle. They assured it in 5-7 business days. While it did not appear, I sent them. They kept encouraging it in my experience "14 days from today" just it never arrived. Lastly, during a contact communication having a customer support consultant on March 4 I stated, "Simply forget it.
I really donot need the light anymore. Stop my purchase and credit my card." No reaction, and so I thought it had been looked after. On April 3, the lighting came. I previously had bought & mounted another but I got a glance at theirs anyway. It had been broken! Large pockets within the glass! I approached them to request where you can return it & they did not return my emails (a number of them!). Subsequently, lastly, they published back & stated, "we did not stop the purchase bc we've a number cancellations plan!" (indeed, the exclamation point was theirs - used to donot include it).
Long story short, I've a bad lighting, I am out $200 and Natural Lifestyle wont contact/create me back! They aged, sold-out products what exactly you receive is that which you get! And also the producers don't back them up at-all! They're terrible!!
