I requested 4 sets of boot online on 31-Dec-09. I received 3 sets however the last one never have it. And so I attempted to contact a lot of period and also the silly reply unit never get me to keep in touch with real customer support. I had been fed up with calling and waiting, and so I delivered an email towards the shop concerning the absent set of boot on January 25th but used to donot get any reaction. I attempted to contact the client support again on January 27th and lastly the woman solution the telephone. She stated that the boot is delivered but there's no tracking number. She explained that she delivered the demand and somebody must discover by Friday of the exact same week... I got nothing till February 8th, somebody directed me this e-mail:

It doesn't resolve my issue. Possibly send me the boot or return the my cash back. I actually donot believe I do want to purchase boot online out of this shop... Bad bad bad
