My first order from extendedlengths.com was on 21 June (order 1). The second was on 22 June (order 2). A friend of mine then ordered goods on 24 June (order 3). We were visiting the USA from South Africa.

On 22 June I received email confirmation from Sam that the goods would be delivered before 1 July. Only order 1 arrived.instead of 2 units of product of 4oz volume - they instead delivered 4 units of 1.7 oz - so I am effectively short 1.2 oz of product - yet they charge the same amount!

Order 2 did not arrive on time. UPS was blamed.By July 8 it had still not arrived at the US address (now over a week late).

Order 3 arrived late - 6 July. It was supposed to contain 4 different items - it only contained 2 products yet again both of these were sent in smaller volumes than purchased and we ended up receiving substantially less product than paid for! I began to sniff a proverbial rat!

After complaining about non delivery of order 2 and partial delivery of order 3, Sam agreed to ship all items to me in South Africa on 11 July. Since then I have sent 8 emails asking for a status update and shipping tracking number and have had no response.

Truly shocking customer service and business ethic on every levels. The Better Business Bureau has numerous complaints from them but all correspondence is returned from their listed address. They should be closed down.
