The BBB of Silicon Valley is misclassifying complaints. It lists my complaint as "resolved with the help of the BBB." My complaint was not even addressed by Apple, let alone resolved. I was totally ignored. How did the BBB help me again? They did absolutely nothing, and in the end gave the company an A, classified my complaint as "resolved with the help of the BBB, " and didn't even bother to notify me when the company responded. What a complete joke.
