We get our service on Thursday or today, and did not get it, we have been having a problem with getting our items and the quality of the uniforms. I did speek with Shawn Woods in May about theses things, the uniform I showed him he said he did not find anything wrong with them, but he did have the driver pick it up, was not replaced. No paper towels last week but billed for them. These have been the same problems each week. When I came a year ago they were sewing thier own buttons on. I did ask Shawn for clarification on the quality and garment maintenance part of the invoice which is now called uniform advantage, and never received. The driver Stan Ward have done a great job on doing what he can to help with the problems. Each week only part of what is picked up is brought back the next week, one of the guys uniforms took three weeks to come back. I have to check each week to see what comes in and out, but is part of what we pay for.
