Best of luck finding Petco to remain behind some of their goods. We bought their priciest puppy mattress six months before. This mattress is just a 2nd mattress for just one of our pets and does not obtain a large amount of use. I eventually cleaned the address for that very first time—it-not just fell apart in the joints but reduced aswell. Therefore, I got the mattress to Petco to determine when they might trade it. No—they've a 30-time guarantee. If it comes apart next, too poor. The associate supervisor of the Mountain-View, California shop was so discourteous and rude, it's difficult to think she's in a person-facing part.in attempting to follow up, she not just declined to provide me her name (she'd just supply the initial of her first-name) but wouldn't provide me the area supervisor's name both. Petco truly must supply customer support instruction TO ANY OR ALL of the workers. Our 3 pets and that I may visit Petsmart to any extent further.
