I signed up for DirecTV in May with an offer for free NFL Sunday Ticket with a choice extra package or higher. When I went to activate it I was told " we did not offer that until July" and you have to pay. I told them I had an e-mail offer and my contract states free NFL Sunday Ticket.
I was basically told too bad... You have to pay!!! I am now into them for 20 more months.
Be careful what you do with them!!! They lie!!! And there is nothing you can do.
The atty. Generals office wants a 5 page complaint to move forward.
